Doing What you Love and Working Hard with the Ladies of J Heart Equine Services Jessie & Baily!

Updated: Jan 24

I am so excited with the episode I am bringing you this week! I got to sit down with two of my dear friends and two of the hardest working cowgirls I know!

In this episode, we talk about so many things from the importance of a good support system, building honest, trusting relationships with clients, the amazing benefits of therapy modalities for the performance horse, the educational aspects they are doing to help educate the public as well as their clients, and so much more.

I am of course talking about Jessie Wolfe and Baily Afdhal of J Heart Equine Services in Wellington, CO. They truly show how following your passions and trusting the plan God has for you can get you through any hardship and reminds you to stay blessed in those moments. Having a good solid support system from those around you who will lift you up when you are down and tell the honest truth even when you don't want to hear it is so important! That support can help make you brave to go after the dreams and make things happen you never thought would come true!

Jessie also talked about sometimes it's challenging when she doesn't feel like she helped a horse or doesn't know the best solution for them. That is when she can lean into the community

of other equine therapy professonals or Baily and ask them for what they think could be the issue and maybe they need more specialized care and that is okay because it is all about finding what is best for the horse to perform at their best.

Working together in the equine industry is so important to build better relationships and only enhance the connections we make

through the horse. We also talk a little bit about the amazing work Jessie is doing with her husband Logan with Western States Producations in growing the sport of Ranch Sorting across the western states.

If you have a passion, really love what you do, and a strong work ethic and you want to start a business in the horse industry whether a therapy based one or whatever it may be, Go for it! Yes, it might be slow starting at first, but if you continue to do the work, educate yourself everyday to get better, and keep following God's path success will come!
