I am very excited to share with you on this week's episode someone who has made us laugh on social media with her views on this crazy world we call the equine industry and also shares some great points on how we can improve our lives as horse people through spreading kindness.
Devin Conley of @devinoutwest as she is known on social media truly sees the bigger picture of what it means to work together to make the horse world great for everyone!
She also is a big supporter of not only the western lifestyle, but the horse community as well as her background with horses is pretty vast from rodeo, ranch work, and ranch horse shows.
On this episode we talk about the importance of being a helping hand to someone new at a show, be willing to learn always, how a smile and a friendly hello goes a long way, and her new career as digital content producer for Horse & Rider Magazine, and so much more.
I love that she is using the platform she has grown to promote the equine industry in such a positive welcoming place for all horse lovers and people wanting to learn more about horses! We also talk about backing up what we say online in person by putting our words into action! We all know that the horse industry can be a very intimidating place with the expensive horses, high levels of competition, and the big barn names that can seem scaring to approach, but we all want the same thing at the end of the day to see the industry grow and succeed!
